According to D. Decree 196/2003, "Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data," the company TIRES SPA as holder of the treatment, it is bound to provide some information regarding the use of personal data.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data are processed as part of the company's TIRES SPA, for the following purposes:
  1. purposes related to the management of relationships with customers and suppliers (eg. acquisition of preliminary data at the conclusion of a contract and carrying out tasks and performance on the basis of the obligations arising from the contract; etc.. etc.);
  2. purposes connected with the development of the company TIRES SPA, for which the person concerned has the right to give or deny consent. This category includes the following activities:
    • send clients information or publicity material relating to the activities of the company TIRES SPA;
    • verify the level of customer satisfaction;
  3. purposes related to the obligations imposed by laws, regulations, laws as well as regulations issued by authorities jurisdiction (eg. fiscal regulations, statistics, etc.. etc.).
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing of personal data carried out through manual, computer and data, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, anyway, in order to ensure the security of the data through the adoption of suitable and preventative security measures in accordance with article . 31 and following of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Finally we inform you that Article. 7 of the Decree in question permits the exercise of specific rights.
